11/22 UPDATE: We are pressing pause on taking new registrations until we can confirm the date of the Week 15 Saints vs. Falcons game. Media outlets are reporting the game has been flexed to Saturday, December 17th which would interfere with Dashing Through The Dome. Please know, if the event is moved, and you are unable to participate, or the event is canceled entirely, your entry will be refunded in full. We will provide updated with additional information as soon as they are available.

 

The Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation Sports Series in partnership with the R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl will host the 8th Annual “Dashing Through the Dome” fun run at 8:00am on Saturday, December 17th leading up to the New Orleans Bowl on Wednesday, December 21st.

This unique 2-mile race runs participants through the Caesars Superdome, up and around the Dome's Ground, Plaza and Terrace Levels, and then down to the field to cross the finish line! This event is fun for competitive runners looking for a new challenge and those interested in a festive activity during the holidays, kids and football fans alike.

Online Registration is open until Friday, Dec. 16th at 4:00pm. Race day Registration ($45 for adults, $40 for kids) & Number Pick Up will open at 7:00am on Race Day at Gate A Ground. The race begins at 8:00am on the field! Free parking will be available for runners. Detailed parking information will be released at a later date. All participants will receive a race t-shirt, free post-race refreshment and a free general admission ticket to the 2022 R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl.
