New Orleans Bowl Announces Wyndham International as Title Sponsor for
2004-2005

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
3/4/2004
New Orleans, LA.

Dr. Myron Moorehead, Chairman of the New Orleans Bowl, announced today a
Title Sponsorship agreement with Wyndham International, one of the
world's premier branded hotel-operating companies. The 2004 Wyndham New
Orleans Bowl, to be held December 14th in the Louisiana Superdome, is
managed by the Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation.
The two-year agreement between the New Orleans Bowl and Wyndham
International serves the "Diversity Mission" of Wyndham International.
Wyndham Chairman and CEO Fred Kleisner has made diversity a top
priority. "I want diversity to be more than a corporate initiative at
Wyndham International," he says, "I want it to be a living part of our
culture, a belief system and service philosophy that comes from each of
our associates."

Local community involvement is a key factor in Kleisner's system and
philosophy. Wyndham believes involvement with local organizations and
the communities where they do business raises their presence and helps
Wyndham to understand what's going on in the local and global
marketplace. Existing New Orleans Bowl community outreach initiatives
(Minority and Women Owned Business Program, Conflict Resolution
Programs, tickets for Disadvantaged Youth, Junior Journalism Program,
and New Orleans Bowl Youth Clinics) attracted Donna DeBerry, Wyndham's
Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Diversity, to this
title sponsorship opportunity.

"The diverse culture of New Orleans, and this city's focus on diversity
and inclusion in the business community, are the two most important
reasons we are committed to sponsoring the New Orleans Bowl. These
attributes are aligned with Wyndham's mission and vision for our
company. Through our own diversity and inclusion, we enrich the lives of
our employees, our guests, our business partners, and the communities
that we serve."

Aside from naming rights to the 2004 and 2005 Wyndham New Orleans Bowl,
and Wyndham's involvement with all of the Bowl's diversity initiatives,
Wyndham properties in the New Orleans area will be recognized as
Official hotels of the event. Gary Froeba, General Manager and Area
Director of Operations for Wyndham New Orleans, and current Chairman of
the GNOSF, played a vital role in bringing the two groups together.
"Having seen the growth of the New Orleans Bowl over the past few years
we are enthusiastic about our new relationship."

New Orleans Bowl Executive Director Ron Maestri, helped orchestrate the
title partnership. "The Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation has grown
the New Orleans Bowl into more than just an event that creates room
nights and exposure into a traditionally slow period. The New Orleans
Bowl serves Louisiana year round with our community outreach programs,
youth initiatives, and ancillary sporting events. This sponsorship
allows the Bowl to continue to grow our community outreach programs and
attract more visitors to the game."

The New Orleans Bowl was created in 2001, and matches the Sun Belt
Conference Champion against a Conference USA opponent. For more
