OFFENSE
Stefan LeFors QB Louisville
- LeFors posted the fifth-highest passing total in league and school history with his 459-yard passing performance at TCU on Nov. 5. He completed a career-high 31-of-46 passes with one TD.
DEFENSE
Rod Davis LB Southern Miss
- Davis finished with 15 tackles, including 12 solo stops in USM's 31-10 win at Houston. The 15 tackles allowed him to tie the C-USA career record for tackles with 460. Davis also had two sacks, four tackles for loss and a forced fumble.
SPECIAL TEAMS
Marvin Young PR Southern Miss
- Young accumulated 112 yards on four punt returns, an average of 28.0 per return in the win at Houston. His 64-yard return was his second longest of the season and his 112 return yards marked his second game with more than 100 yards in 2003.
BIG WINS: Southern Miss stayed unbeaten in Conference USA with an impressive 31-10 win at Houston. USF picked up its sixth win of the season with an overtime victory at East Carolina. Bulls WR Elgin Hicks made just three catches on the day, but all three went for touchdowns in the 38-37 win. Filling in for an injured Mewelde Moore, Tulane RB Jovon Jackson ran for 183 yards and two touchdowns to help Tulane to a 38-24 win at UAB. In non-league play, Cincinnati moved past Rhode Island, 31-24, while Army lost at Air Force, 31-3.

OFFENSE
Andrico Hines QB Middle Tenn. St.
- Completed 15-22 passes for 167 yards and a touchdown. Hines also rushed 9 times for a team high 90 yards. He was responsible for 257 of the team's 377 offensive yards in the game.
DEFENSE
Johnathan Burke DB Arkansas St.
- He finished second on the team with 11 total hits, including 9 solo tackles. Burke also picked off his eighth pass of the season. That interception gave him 13 for his career.
SPECIAL TEAMS
Robert Billings P Middle Tenn. St.
- He scored his first career touchdown on a 54-yard fake punt in Middle Tennessee's first possession. Billings punted six times for a 42.8-yard average.
BIG WINS: It wasn't easy and it wasn't pretty, but North Texas held off every threat Louisiana-Monroe could muster to post a hard-fought 28-26 win over the Indians on Saturday to clinch a Sun Belt Conference co-championship. Lamar Lee forced a fumble by Orlando Winston on the ASU 38 with 1:35 left in the game to help seal the win as Arkansas State downed Idaho, 24-23, in Sun Belt Conference action. Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns put on an outstanding offensive display on Saturday defeating Florida International by a final score of 43-10. Also, Andrico Hines passed for a touchdown and ran for another to lead Middle Tennessee past Troy State 27-20 Saturday.

North Texas Mean Green
TEAM NOTES: The North Texas Mean Green clinched at least a share of the Sun Belt championship as they defeated the Louisiana-Monroe Indians 28-26 on Saturday. The win, North Texas' sixth this season and its 16th consecutive victory in Sun Belt play, sets up a key game next Saturday at home for the Mean Green (7-3, 5-0). North Texas can claim the outright Sun Belt Conference championship and a berth in the 2003 New Orleans Bowl with a win over Arkansas State. Game time will be 3:05 p.m. at Fouts Field.
